VetSouth Milton opened its doors in 2025 to better serve our production animal clients in South Otago.

Working closely with VetSouth Balclutha, we’ve supported dairy and sheep and beef operations in this beautiful region since 2010. Our presence has steadily grown to meet demand, and between our clinics, we now have multiple locally-based vets and techs working across South Otago.

Although one of our smaller clinics, VetSouth Milton stocks everything you need for your production animals, backed by the expertise and experience you’d expect from the VetSouth name. From restricted veterinary medicines to animal health essentials and nutritional supplements, our Milton clinic can be your new local go-to for everything dairy, sheep, beef, and deer. We also stock a limited range of products for the smaller pets.
